    Can’t appreciate these until you’re a kettlebell fanatic 😀 No one can appreciate the advantage of these wrist guards until you work out with kettlebells on a frequent basis (Me? 6 days a week.) I was getting sore with my ‘bells bouncing off my wrists whilst doing the clean & press. Tried the wrist guards out, and they are a real blessing for your wrists!     Immensely useful as you learn the details of kettlebell technique Until you have picked up a decently heavy (for you) kettlebell a few times you don’t know about how easy it is to bruise the part of your forearms where the bulkf of the weight presses on. Even if you don’t bruise that area it still hurts to have the weight pressing in. Sure you can just ‘man up’ and take the pain, but that’s not necessarily the wise or smart thing to do.
