    The author has put the minimum possible effort into the writing of this book, and there is little useful information that you can glean from it. The opening section, coincidentally the one bit of the book that you can preview, is entertaining enough, but beyond this point the few exercises are cursory at best. A few simple diagrams with the occasional sentence of instruction is not really enough to develop a good kettlebell technique.A final chapter details the author’s views on…
