    Great for new crossfitters I’ve recently changed my gym game to involve more rapid HIT/tabata and crossfit training rather than the usual strength and cardio so I bought this book to give me some inspiration.It is very comprehensive with different exercises for different scenarios (body weight, benchmark workouts, quick gym work outs etc) however for the newbies to crossfit the terms it uses maybe a little confusing without having to flip back and forth to the “definitions” page.There are no…
